Uygulamadan silme
- Petwalk uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
- Profil > "Hesabımı sil"e dokunun.
- Ekrandaki bilgileri okuyun. İsterseniz önce Profil > "Verilerimi indir"den kayıtlarınızı indirin.
- Hesabınızı e-posta ve şifreyle açtıysanız şifrenizi girin. Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaptıysanız bu adım yoktur.
- "HESABIMI SİL" yazın ve "Hesabımı sil" düğmesine dokunun.
iPhone'da Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple ayrıca bir onay penceresi açar.
Uygulama olmadan silme
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız destek@petwalk.com.tr adresine, mümkünse hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden, "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. E-postada adınızı ve soyadınızı, kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi ve biliyorsanız kayıtlı telefon numaranızı yazın. Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bir doğrulama e-postası göndeririz; onu yanıtlamanız yeterlidir. Şifrenizi, T.C. kimlik numaranızı ya da kimlik belgenizi göndermeyin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Silme ne zaman tamamlanır?
- Uygulamadan verdiğiniz silme talebiniz alınınca hesabınız hemen kapanır ve oturumunuz sonlanır.
- 7 gün içinde Uygulamaya giriş yapıp "Hesap silme talebini geri al"a dokunarak vazgeçebilirsiniz. Kayıtlı e-posta adresinize talebin alındığını, son günden bir gün önce hatırlatmayı ve silmenin tamamlandığını bildiririz; talebi siz vermediyseniz e-postadaki bağlantıyla iptal edebilirsiniz.
- 7 gün dolunca hesabınız ve kişisel verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Tamamlanmamış bir Rezervasyonunuz, cevap bekleyen bir Talebiniz ya da süren bir Rutininiz varsa önce bunları tamamlamanız, geri çekmeniz ya da iptal etmeniz gerekir.
Neler silinir?
Profiliniz (ad, soyad, fotoğraf, e-posta, telefon), giriş bilgileriniz, Petleriniz, adresleriniz, favorileriniz, gönderdiğiniz mesajların metni ve yüklediğiniz dosyalar, bir rezervasyona bağlı olmayan hesap, teknik ve diğer konulu destek talepleriniz ile kişi şikâyetleriniz, yürüyüşlerin tam konum izi ile Rezervasyonlarınızdaki adres ve notlar. Walker iseniz ayrıca IBAN'ınız, Walker profiliniz ve başvuru bilgileriniz.
Neler, ne kadar süre saklanır?
Kanun gereği ya da hakların korunması için şu kayıtlar saklanır. Adınız ve iletişim bilgileriniz, kanun kayıtta bulunmasını istemedikçe (ör. fatura ve vergi kayıtları) bu kayıtlardan çıkarılır:
- Hizmet, ödeme, iade ve fatura kayıtları: 10 yıl.
- SOS kayıtları (konum bilgisi olmadan): 10 yıl.
- Hakkınızda yapılan şikâyetler: 3 yıl (hesabınız askıya alındıysa ya da kapatıldıysa veya Walker olarak size yaptırım uygulandıysa 10 yıl).
- Giriş kayıtları (IP adresi, zaman ve hesabınızın e-posta adresi): 2 yıl.
- Sonuçlanmamış şikâyet, inceleme ya da uyuşmazlık kayıtları: sonuçlanana kadar.
- Yayımlanmış değerlendirmeleriniz: adınız ve fotoğrafınız kaldırılarak "Eski kullanıcı" adıyla yayında kalır; yayından 1 yıl sonra yorum metninin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
- Bir rezervasyona bağlı ya da rezervasyon, hizmet, ödeme, güvenlik, KVKK veya hesap kararı itirazı konulu destek talepleri: kapanıştan 3 yıl. Walker iseniz destek yazışmalarınız: Hesap Kapanışından ya da talebin kapanışından (hangisi sonraysa) 1 yıl.
- Walker iseniz: Walker Payı, ödeme ve vergi kayıtları: 10 yıl.
- Walker iseniz T.C. kimlik numaranızın geri çevrilemeyen özeti: 10 yıl; yeniden başvurursanız eski hesabınızın özetiyle birlikte değerlendirilir.
- Walker iseniz Pet Sahiplerine gönderdiğiniz yürüyüş ve ev ziyareti fotoğraf ve videoları: Pet Sahibinin hesabında, adınızın yerinde "Eski kullanıcı" yazarak (yürüyüşte 5 yıl, ev ziyaretinde 1 yıl). Yüzünüzün ya da sesinizin bulunduğu dosyanın silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
- Telefon doğrulama kodu kaydı (kodun kendisi tutulmaz): 30 gün. SMS gönderim kaydı (numara ve mesaj metni olmadan): 180 gün. SMS durdurma kaydı: kaldırılmasını isteyene kadar.
- E-posta gönderim kaydı (adresin tam hâli ve e-postanın içeriği olmadan): 180 gün; kampanya e-postası gönderilirse onun kaydı 3 yıl. E-posta durdurma kaydı (adresin özeti ve maskeli hâli): kaldırılana kadar.
- Onay kayıtları: 10 yıl. Kampanya izni kaydı: izin bittikten sonra 3 yıl. Silinen petlerinizin adı ve türü: 10 yıl (fotoğrafı 180 gün). Engelleme kayıtları: silme düzeni kurulana kadar.
İşletme hesabı
İşletme Paneli hesabınızı silmek için kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden destek@petwalk.com.tr adresine "Hesap silme isteği" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. İşletme hesabı uygulamadaki hesabınızdan bağımsızdır. Silmeden sonra yasal, vergi ve fatura bilgileriniz ile dekont ve faturalar en az 10 yıl saklanır; işletme fotoğraf ve belgeleri 30 gün (şikâyet ya da askı varsa 1 yıl) sonra silinir; diğer hesap bilgileriniz silinir.
Bilmeniz gerekenler
- Uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırmak hesabınızı silmez.
- Apple ya da Google ile giriş bağlantınızı ilgili hesabınızın ayarlarından da kaldırabilirsiniz.

Deleting your Petwalk account

Delete in the app
- Open the Petwalk app and sign in.
- Tap Profil (Profile) > "Hesabımı sil" (Delete my account).
- Read the information on the screen. If you wish, first download your records from Profil > "Verilerimi indir" (Download my data).
- If you created your account with e-mail and password, enter your password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, there is no password step.
- Type "HESABIMI SİL" and tap the "Hesabımı sil" button.
On iPhone, if you signed in with Apple, Apple also shows a confirmation window.
Delete without the app
If you cannot use the app, send an e-mail with the subject "Hesap silme talebi" (account deletion request) to destek@petwalk.com.tr, preferably from the e-mail address registered to your account. Include your first and last name, your registered e-mail address and, if you know it, your registered phone number. To confirm that the account is yours, we send a verification e-mail to your registered address; simply reply to it. Do not send your password, national ID number or a copy of your ID. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest.
When is the deletion completed?
- When we receive a deletion request you made in the app, your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.
- Within 7 days you can cancel by signing in to the app and tapping "Hesap silme talebini geri al" (Undo account deletion request). We email your registered address when we receive the request, one day before the last day and when the deletion is completed; if you did not make the request, you can cancel it with the link in the email.
- After 7 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
- If you have an unfinished booking, a pending request or an ongoing weekly routine, you must first complete, withdraw or cancel it.
What is deleted?
Your profile (name, surname, photo, e-mail, phone), sign-in details, pets, addresses, favourites, the text of messages you sent and the files you uploaded, your support requests about your account, technical or other matters that are not linked to a booking, your complaints about people, the full location trail of walks, and the addresses and notes in your bookings. If you are a walker, also your IBAN, walker profile and application details.
What is kept, and for how long?
To meet legal obligations or to protect rights, the following records are kept. Your name and contact details are removed from them unless the law requires them (for example, in invoice and tax records):
- Service, payment, refund and invoice records: 10 years.
- SOS records (without location data): 10 years.
- Complaints about you: 3 years (10 years if your account was suspended or closed, or, as a walker, a sanction was applied to you).
- Sign-in records (IP address, time and your account's e-mail address): 2 years.
- Records of open complaints, reviews or disputes: until they are closed.
- Your published reviews: they stay online as "Former user", with your name and photo removed; one year after publication you can ask us to delete the review text.
- Support requests linked to a booking, or about bookings, services, payments, safety, data protection or appeals against account decisions: 3 years after they close. If you are a walker, your support conversations: 1 year after your account or the request closes, whichever is later.
- If you are a walker: walker earnings, payment and tax records: 10 years.
- If you are a walker, an irreversible hash of your national ID number: 10 years; if you apply again, it is used to review your application together with a summary of your old account.
- If you are a walker, the walk and home visit photos and videos you sent to pet owners: in the pet owner's account, shown as "Former user" instead of your name (5 years for walks, 1 year for home visits). You can ask us to delete a file showing your face or containing your voice.
- Phone verification code record (the code itself is not kept): 30 days. SMS sending record (without the number or message text): 180 days. SMS stop record: until you ask us to remove it.
- Email sending record (without the full address or the email content): 180 days; 3 years for any campaign email. Email stop record (hash and masked form of the address): until it is removed.
- Consent records: 10 years. Campaign-permission record: 3 years after the permission ends. Name and type of your deleted pets: 10 years (photo: 180 days). Block records: until a deletion routine is in place.
Business accounts
To delete your Business Panel account, send an e-mail with the subject "Hesap silme isteği" to destek@petwalk.com.tr from your registered e-mail address. Your business account is separate from your app account. After deletion, your legal, tax and billing details and your receipts and invoices are kept for at least 10 years; business photos and documents are deleted after 30 days (1 year if there is a complaint or suspension); your other account details are deleted.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- You can also remove the Apple or Google sign-in link in your Apple or Google account settings.
